Dustin Simcox
Dustin Simcox serves as President and lead Agent certified to represent players in the NBA, WNBA, and FIBA (overseas). In 2012, he became the youngest person to ever hold licenses in all three professional basketball venues and has been recognized as a top 5 agent internationally in 6 of the last 8 years by online resource HoopsAgents.com. On October 27th, 2015 (at age 26) he was named Director of Eurobasket.com, the largest database and resource for international basketball. Under his leadership the Eurobasket Summer League camps (2015-2025) became one of the most prestigious international summer camps for players looking to sign overseas with over 1,750 players signed during his tenure. He is now the Executive Director of the Eurobasket Camps and Tours.
Since the inception of WCL Sports Management in 2012, Dustin has helped players receive contracts throughout the globe including 6 continents and 103 countries. He has managed tours for American players to play and get recognition against professional teams in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, China, and Armenia. Over 56% of the players that have gone on one of those tours have received contracts. He has hosted professional camps for players in 21 different cities (including internationally in Istanbul and Moscow), that have all produced pro contracts overseas (TBL, ABA, NAPB, PBL, and other USA domestic leagues not included). In his 12 years of player representation, Dustin has proven to be at an elite status for managing and marketing athletes to the best of their abilities.
He was born and raised in Akron, OH and played basketball collegiately at Rio Hondo College (RHC) and Hawaii Pacific University (HPU). He graduated from RHC with an AA in Business Administration, a BSBA in Management from HPU, and a BSBA in Marketing from HPU. As a junior at HPU he was selected President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) which is a NCAA sanctioned committee formed to give a voice to all student athletes and allow them to be represented equally around the country. He was later elected as Executive Chair of the Pac West Conference overlooking all 10 member institutions.
Allen Mkrtychyan serves as the new director of the Eurobasket Summer League Camps for Men starting in 2026. He joins the official staff after serving as an overseas coach and a Eurobasket Coach for the past 8 years. His coaching experience includes stops in Portugal, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Russia, China, Turkey, Armenia, and Georgia. He took the lowest budgeted team in the Caucasus Basketball League all the way to the Final 4 en route to a 3rd place finish in 2021. He looks forward to a new chapter of helping professional coaches around the world find players through the Eurobasket Camps. Allen was born and raised in Moscow, Russia before coming to the United States to play collegiately at West Hills College.
Kawika Lyons
Kawika Lyons serves as Vice-President of WCL Sports Management. He is currently the Head Coach and Organizer of the Eurobasket Portugal Tours. The tours are designed to help players from the United States sign professionally in Europe. 58% of the men’s players and 84% of the female players have successfully signed over the past 3 years. 2024 will be his 4th year in the position. He was born in Long Beach, California before moving to Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the prestigious Kamehameha-Kapalama Schools located on Oahu of the Hawaiian Islands. He graduated from Kamehameha in the top echelon of his class and was a three year member of their basketball team. He then moved onto Hawaii Pacific University to continue his education and collegiate basketball career. He was a member of HPU’s basketball team for five seasons including two years under legendary coach Tony Sellitto. Lyons graduated from Hawaii Pacific with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business.
